Huf Electronics G.m.b.H. is an automotive electronics manufacturer based in Dusseldorf, Germany. Huf acquires Beru TPMS Sector
Having acquired the tire pressure monitoring system sector of BorgWarner Beru Systems in early 2012, Huf aims to further expand the TPMS segment and combine Beru TPMS technology with existing Huf automotive technologies.
The Huf/Beru tire safety system (TSS) is original equipment on vehicles from Alfa Romeo, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lotus, Maserati, Maybach, McLaren, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Rolls Royce, and Volkswagen.
Huf Partners With WABCO To Develop Next-Gen TPMS
WABCO, a global supplier of automotive technologies and control systems, has partnered with Huf Electronics to develop WABCO's next generation tire pressure monitoring system for trucks, buses, and trailers. This new system will will fit any commercial vehicle rim size (include off-road vehicles) and will be available within the OEM and aftermarket in the second half of 2014.
